Every original bridal pattern, gold necklace motif, carved gemstone arrangement, photograph, and visual asset created by Krushna Jewellers is protected under copyright and design protection laws.

Reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation of our hallmark jewelry designs or store photography without explicit written authorization from Krushna Jewellers is prohibited.

Prices for hallmarked gold, platinum, and silver pieces update to mirror current precious metal market valuations at time of purchase.

Quotations for customized bridal sets and made-to-order pieces remain fixed for seven calendar days from initial estimate issuing.

All store invoices itemize precious metal weight, making charges, gemstone weights, and applicable local taxes prior to final payment.

Limitation of Liability

Krushna Jewellers is not liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from temporary website unavailability, third-party courier delays, or post-purchase neglect of delicate jewelry.

Total aggregate liability for any legitimate claim regarding a purchase or catalog service shall not exceed the net invoice amount paid for the specific jewelry item involved.
